The food will be simple, nutritous and delicious, with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, pulses and grains. All meals will be vegetarian and include dairy. Soy milk and gluten free bread will also be available. If you require a more specialised diet, you may need to bring some of your own food. You are also welcome to bring your favourite tipple to enjoy with dinner Do I need to bring an instrument with me? No. But if you play one, bring it.
