GOURMAND World Cookbook Awards 2021 Special Award Winner
The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards were founded in 1995 by Édouard Cointreau, president of the Paris Cookbook Fair and of the World Association of Food TV Producers. Every year, the awards honour the best food and wine books, printed or digital, as well as food television. Books from 225 countries participate, making this the World’s largest international cookbook competition.
Award winning writer, ex Gourmet Traveller state editor and self confessed lazy person Jane Cornes Maclean has created a beautiful collection of recipes and stories that will inform and delight cooks of all levels.
Featuring over 50 recipes for salads, starters, mains and desserts, this lovely book shows you how to create impressive, flavoursome dishes without doing, frankly, very much at all.
Photographed, written, styled and designed entirely by Jane, this independent publication also includes the best of her published food stories.
