In July 2026 Jane launched her two-month Pozible campaign to raise funds for the printing of her new self-published short story collection, Bottlebrush and Other Stories.
This latest collection features several award-winning stories, including Bottlebrush (long-listed for the Sydney Hammond Memorial short story prize) and Vinegar Lips (Highly Commended in the Queensland Writers Centre Marje Wilke short story awards).
Pledge rewards include dinner parties, songwriting tuition, house concerts and book bundles for book clubs, plus tickets to the launch parties in Perth or Brisbane.
As usual Jane will write, design, print and distribute it herself, and having you along for the ride, egging her on and believing, means the world to this independent creator.
Lazy Fare: Simple Ways to Make Beautiful Food
Lazy Fare is a full colour collection of non-fiction pieces published over Jane's career as a features writer, interspersed with original recipes created and photographed in Jane's home studio during COVID lockdown. This book won a special category prize at the Gourmand International world cookbook awards in Paris.
