Do I need to be an experienced writer to attend?

Not at all. John's relaxed, friendly approach makes these workshops suitable for all levels of writing experience, from published authors to those who have yet to complete their first story.

Is this a catered workshop?

Please bring your own lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.

What time does the workshop start and finish?

Each workshop will commence at 10am sharp, and finish at 4pm. 

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The Grove Centre is fully accessible. It features universal accessible toilets off the foyer, step-free modern indoor layouts, and compliant staff and public facilities.


Can I do just one workshop?

Yes of course. Each workshop stands alone. However, substantial discounts are offered for booking multiple workshops.

Can I book for one workshop at a time rather than all at once?

Most certainly, assuming spots are still available. However, any discount offered for multiple workshop bookings will be applied only to subsequent bookings, not those already completed.

Will I receive any support materials at the workshop?

Yes, at each workshop you will receive comprehensive printed notes. 

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. 

Is the workshop tax deductible?

Yes. We can provide you with a tax invoice if required.
