Your A$3,350 fee includes:

• Airport transfer from Bali airport to Poppies cottages, Kuta on 9 October 2027.
• One night's private cottage accommodation at Poppies on 9 October.
• Group transport from Poppies to the airport on the morning of 10 October.
• One-hour group flight to Sumbawa.
• Seven nights' private ensuite accommodation in a clifftop glamping tent with flyscreens and ceiling fan (upgrade to an airconditioned bungalow for A$500).
• Daily writing workshops with Jane and Alice.
• Optional daily yoga and sound meditation.
• All meals.
• One-hour group flight to Bali on the morning of 17 October.

Flights to Bali

It is recommended that you arrive in Bali no later than the afternoon of 9 October to check in to Poppies. relax and meet your fellow participants for dinner at a local restaurant.

Flights from Bali

The flight back from Sumbawa is scheduled to land in Bali at midday. If you wish to depart Bali that same day, it is recommended you book a flight that departs after 5pm on 17 October to allow for any delays in returning from Sumbawa.

Even better, please consider staying over in Bali on 17 October and having a leisurely evening before flying out on the 18th.

Payment:

An A$500 deposit secures your spot. An interim payment of A$1,000 is due on 1 June 2027. The balance is due by no later than 1 September 2027.

Insurance:

It is highly recommended that you take out travel insurance for your trip.
